If you don’t see the Intel Graphics Settings tool on your PC, you probably aren’t using Intel graphics. Click Options, and then head to Support(Four small squares) > Hot Key Manager.
To access it, click the small blue icon on your Task Bar, launch it from the Start Menu, or press Ctrl+Alt+F1 to open the Intel Command Center. You can change these hotkeys - or disable them, if you want - using the Hot Key Manager tool in the Intel Graphics Control Panel or the Intel Command Center on your PC. For example, Ctrl+Alt+Up Arrow returns your screen to its normal upright rotation, Ctrl+Alt+Right Arrow rotates your screen 90 degrees, Ctrl+Alt+Down Arrow flips it upside down (180 degrees), and Ctrl+Alt+Left Arrow rotates it 270 degrees. To rotate your screen with hotkeys, press Ctrl+Alt+Arrow.

So then I started thinking it was a Windows 8.1 issue and that Windows 10 would resolve the freezing. I thought perhaps my laptop was dying so I went back to Windows 7 and it never froze once. The only solution I had at the time was to reinstall. This happened to me on Windows 8.1 occasionally as well. Only powering off and on again would get it going again.
When I say it would freeze, it was a hard freeze, can't move the mouse pointer, or anything. I could get to the desktop and then it would freeze without me doing anything. Well, I was 18 days into my test with Windows 10 on my G73JH-A1 and then out of the blue, it started freezing. What driver is missing in the 64-Bit that is present in the 32-Bit? Any ideas?

I am not having any problems per say however I would feel a whole lot better running a clean install over and above an upgrade. I was reading some other posts about this issue that other people are having on other computers and one solution was to use the 32-Bit version instead but I want to use the 64-Bit version.
